We start with a relaxed conversation where I get to know you, your vision, and what matters most to you. This is where we connect, talk through your ideas, and begin shaping a celebration that feels uniquely yours, fully supported, and genuinely exciting.
2 | Thoughtful Planning
Once you’re officially booked, I begin bringing everything into alignment. Creating your custom master timeline from the ground up, connecting with your vendor team, and thoughtfully organizing every detail.
So you can move forward with confidence, knowing your plans are clear, your team is aligned, and everything is thoughtfully handled.
3 | Seamless Execution
On your wedding day, your only role is to be fully present while everything unfolds seamlessly behind the scenes.
With two dedicated coordinators onsite, every transition is thoughtfully guided and every detail is handled with care and precision, so you can savor every moment and experience your day exactly as it was meant to be.
Reception-Only Management
You’ve planned the details,now you simply want to enjoy your reception.

This package is designed specifically for couples who have already completed their ceremony separately, such as a courthouse “I do,” and are hosting a reception-only celebration with no ceremony coordination needed.
​
Beginning 4–6 weeks prior to your event, I step in to finalize your reception timeline, confirm your vendor team, and prepare each transition from grand entrance to final farewell.
On the day of your event, I oversee the flow of the evening, cueing toasts and dances, assisting with décor placement, and ensuring your celebration runs smoothly and on schedule.
This service includes up to 6 hours of onsite coverage and does not include ceremony coordination, processional or recessional cueing, or multi-location management.

About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, I step in to bring everything together, connecting with your vendor team, refining your timeline, attending your walkthrough, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

On your wedding day, I become your calm, behind-the-scenes support system: managing the flow, guiding each moment, and handling the details so you and your loved ones can relax, be fully present, and truly savor your celebration.
