Beginning 4–6 weeks prior to your wedding, I step in to assume responsibility for final logistics — communicating directly with your vendors, refining your timeline, attending your venue walkthrough, and orchestrating your rehearsal with clarity and intention.

On your wedding day, I ensure every element unfolds seamlessly and with grace — so you can remain fully present in the moment you’ve been waiting for.

• Comprehensive wedding day timeline creation
• Vendor communication and confirmations
• Attendance at final venue walkthrough
• Rehearsal coordination the day prior
• Oversight of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception setup
• Direction and guidance of all professional vendors
• Styling and placement of personal décor (seating cards, menus, table numbers, guest book, favors, etc.)
• Assistance for wedding party and family throughout the day
• Breakdown and teardown oversight
• Full wedding day coverage (up to 10 hours of onsite coordination)
